Backed by Tāwhiri, this unrepeatable event featuring artists of the globe and invites guests into a shared journey without menus, lineups, or previews - only the promise of an abundant evening that unfolds in mystery and cannot be experienced twice.

THE PANTHEON in order of appearence.

 The Pantheon is revealed only after the work has spoken. Here, recognition is earned through creation, not promotion. By withholding names, artists are free from expectation and audiences are free from assumption.

Only a select few contributors are inducted - a testament to the rare collaboration that defines Incognito.

ABOUT US

Incognito began with a simple refusal: to be defined by industry boundaries. We believe the future of art lies not in categories, but in collisions.

Musicians, poets, dancers, chefs, jewellers, tattooists, designers and more - each leave their names and reputations at the door to merge into one body of work. Together, they build experiences that dissolve expectation and ignite shared discovery.

Our roots stretch back to the infamous Well Sensered collective of Melbourne, a group that reshaped the underground dining scene with radical, multi-course culinary assaults.

What began as a rebellious experiment in food has grown into something larger: a global vision of multidisciplinary artistry, spanning continents and colliding visions from around the world. With international contributors inspiring our local collaborators, Incognito exists to break geography and genre alike.

At its heart, Incognito is not a show, a dinner, or a performance. It is a living organism, unrepeatable and unbound. Every Chapter is a moment that happens once and only once.

Our work does not ask for certainty, only for presence: to arrive, to experience, and to leave having witnessed something that cannot exist again.
