Figfluencer is a single-table dining experience unfolding as a living performance, where every course is inspired by fresh figs. Guests gather around a communal table and move through the evening together without a menu or explanation, guided only by sensation, rhythm, and atmosphere. The experience reveals itself slowly, not as a dinner to be understood, but as a moment to be inhabited… If that description feels intriguing rather than entirely clear, you’re exactly where you need to be!

NOTE:

All Incognito events are collaborative curations, working together with artists from around the world. Each contribution remains intentionally anonymous, allowing the experience to exist as a unified, seamless narrative. Whether you’ve attended Incognito (or Well Sensered) before or are simply curious about the experience, you are warmly invited to register and become part of our journey.

HOW THIS WORKS:

  1. REGISTER.
    Complete the short registration form below.

  2. RESERVE YOUR SEAT AT THE TABLE.
    Invited guests will receive a private password unlocking their ticket purchase access.
    (Returning Incognito guests receive early access to ticketing.)

  3. CONFIRMATION
    Once tickets are purchased, your place at the table is confirmed!

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

GUEST ARRIVAL:

Guests attend as individuals, even if registering with friends or partners. You are welcome to arrive together, though seating may not necessarily be side by side. Incognito events are designed around individuals sharing the same moment together.

THE TABLE:

This is a communal experience. Some guests may choose to immerse themselves quietly in the unfolding narrative, while others may enjoy conversation. We simply ask everyone to remain mindful of the shared space and allow the evening to find its natural rhythm.

MEDIA CAPTURE:

The evening will be professionally documented through photography and videography. This material may be used in future storytelling and promotional media. If you would prefer not to appear in captured footage, please let us know before the event.

DIETARIES:

The menu contains:

  • Figs

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Tree nuts (pistachio, almond, walnut)

  • Sesame

  • Soy

  • Fish

  • Gluten (see below)

The evening may also include small amounts of:

  • Duck, Beef.

The menu does NOT contain:

  • Shellfish, Pork, Peanuts, added MSG.

NOTES:

  • This is a NO MODIFICATION menu but some elements may be able to be excluded if notified well in advance.

  • Gluten is present but considered a moderate amount based on industry multi course dining.

BEVERAGES

  • Beverages throughout the evening are lightly alcoholic, totalling approximately 2.7 standard drinks across the experience.
