What to do:

1. Fill out this form and await a reply.

2. Reply to our reply and you are confirmed.

• If you are allocated a spot, you will receive a map of where to be at 7pm sharp (near Bourke st mall)

• Very short notice so be punctual, reply straight away or your allocation may be moved on to the next person.

• If you can’t make it for whatever reason tell us AS SOON AS YOU KNOW so we can move the allocation onto the next (don’t cockblock or cancel last minute!!)

Code of Conduct:

• This is a plate focused event, minimal theatre and flourishes, it’s about the journey on the palate.

• This is a communal experience, you will all be together on the same table.

• Anything other than a ‘fuck yes’ is a ‘no’… be respectful of others at the table and respect their privacy.

• This is a very special event for many… let others enjoy themselves.

No plus ones:

• All Incognito events are specifically curated for solo diners.

• Every application will be treated as an individual, you may be accepted, your friends may not.

• Make love to the plate, not the people!

Dietaries:

We cannot make dietary accomodations and you cannot communicate your dietary needs on the night.

• Contains:

• Gluten, Eggs, Lactose, Dairy,

• Tree Nuts (Pistachios, Almonds, Walnuts

• Peanuts

• Sesame

• Chicken (Skin and stock only)

• Can remove from plates if requested in advance (tell us now!):

• Pistachios, Walnuts, Peanuts (trace amounts may remain)

• Chicken (If we know early enough, it’s only in one course!)

Cost:

• Due to short notice this is not a transactional event, but please be respectful and help cover some of the costs.

• A cash donation on exit of $50-$80 by each guest will help cover some of the production and ingredient costs.
